Deposit
- The
payment made by credit card requires a
first down payment of
400,00 Euro, for the language and cooking courses and 150,00 Euro for
administration tax for a total amount of 550,00
Euro.

balance for language
and/or cooking courses, pick up service and any
other fee must be settled

- Cancellation policy -
Notice
of cancellation must be given by registered letter / telegram / email
- Should I cancel my reservation, I agree to pay the cancellation fee listed
below with my credit card.
- For the following refunds a credit note of one years validity can be
issued or the refund will be given without bank charges
- if the student decides not to attend classes or to shorten the course, he/she is not entitled to any
refund.
- Deposit and fees are not
transferable from person to person

all kind of courses
and other services (the accommodation is
excluded) :
- More
than 30 days before the beginning of the course : Only the
registration fee is non refundable;
- More
than 15 days before the beginning of the course : The
registration fee and 30% of the cost of deposit language course
are non refundable;
- More
than 7 days before the beginning of the course : The
registration fee and 50% of the deposit are non refundable;
- Less
than 7 days before or after the start of the course : The
registration fee and 100%
of the deposit are non refundable;

the accommodation this
is the cancellation policy:
- More
than 30 days before the beginning of the course : Only the
registration fee is non refundable;
- More
than 15 days before the beginning of the course : The cost of
one day for every week of booked accommodation is non refundable;
- More
than 7 days before the beginning of the course : The cost of one
day for every week of booked accommodation is non refundable;
- Less
than 7 days before or after the start of the course : the total
cost of the accommodation is
non refundable;
